IMPORTANT NOTICE

We do not offer free returns. Returning items involves additional costs.


Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned with all parts, accessories, and original packaging, in the same condition as received

  • Items damaged due to improper or careless use will not be accepted

  • Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned

  • We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs to the customer

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is reasonable suspicion that they have been used or damaged in a way for which we are not responsible.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: info@miamaple-boutique.com

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product in case of damage

  • Full name of the customer

  • Customer address

Once we receive this information, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

Please do not send the package back without prior confirmation.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel an order only under the following conditions, provided they are acting as a private consumer and not for business or professional purposes.

Cancellation Conditions

An order may only be cancelled within 1 hour after being placed.
After this period, cancellation is no longer possible as the order is already being processed.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Due to our fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after placement. For this reason, it is not possible to stop shipment once processing has begun, and refunds cannot be issued before the item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify Mia Maple Boutique of your decision, for example by email.

The withdrawal is considered complete only after we have received the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that shipments from Asia may have longer delivery times.

If the item has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait until the package is delivered and then return it. You may notify us in advance of your intention to withdraw.

For faster processing, please provide us with proof of shipment for the return.


Customs Fees

Please note that returned packages may be subject to customs inspection and additional fees.

All customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by our store.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Include clear photos as evidence and a detailed description of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.


Refunds After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision and have received the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.


IMPORTANT

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
